WHY has this happened to me?

I asked myself the same thing, then made the decision it didn’t to me. It just happened. This helped me move from victim to survivor. Let me show you how.

What do I tell MY KIDS now that he’s gone?

Give them permission to move forward and not on. Moving on somehow dismisses the past. Moving forward allows us to honour our memories and keep living.

What do I do when I feel like I’ve LOST everything?

Recognise that you haven’t lost it all, we don’t. Nothing is everything. In fact, some things in in our lives simply change form. Let us help you adopt new perspective.
